This November, we are thrilled to host an evening with our favourite premium Adelaide Hills sparkling wine producer, DAOSA.

Since 2009, DAOSA have been crafting exceptional sparkling wine using the Method Classic™ style. Each DAOSA cuvée distinguishes itself with layers of complexity, developed through meticulous care at every stage—from the selective hand-picking of fruit to disgorgement after a minimum of 15 months on lees.

Join us to celebrate the launch of the Daosa 2017 Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs, alongside other DAOSA favourites, complemented by a specially curated menu of snacks from our kitchen.
