The culmination of a passion for Chardonnay, viticulture, and volcanic soils; this vintage delivers exceptional wines that express a genuine sense of place. Working across carefully selected sites in Gippsland, the Yarra Valley, Henty, and the Limestone Coast, each vineyard offers unique elements that provide the structure, tension, and minerality that have come to define his style.
We invite you to celebrate the release of the 2025 vintage this April at Leigh Street Wine Room featuring a selection of eight Chardonnay of different terroir alongside a carefully curated four course menu from head chef, Nick Sinodinos.
